The Book
Dolly the Backyard Chicken is a simple childrens' story that brings to life the antics of an urban chicken and her 5 sisters. The picture book narrative follows the first year in Dolly's life, from egg to egg, and teaches acceptance, forgiveness and reverance for the animals and plants that serve humans, with humour and dignity.
